Legal Contracts
This Site and the Services are intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older and by authorized representatives of organizations capable of entering into contractual agreements. By completing any rental agreement online, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent to the terms of the agreement. By submitting electronically, you agree to be legally bound by such submissions, including any financial commitments made through this Site.

Your Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services through our website or otherwise, and to keep such information updated as required during your use of the Services.

Security
You agree not to bypass, tamper with, or interfere with any security features of this Site or attempt to access restricted sections of the website or the Services in any unauthorized way.

II. Service Rules

  1. Passenger Limit: The number of passengers in the vehicle must not exceed the limit specified in the rental agreement or the vehicle’s capacity.

  2. Punctuality: All passengers must be ready to board at the location and time outlined in the agreement. We hold no responsibility for late arrivals or missed boarding times, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

  3. Vehicle Substitution: In the event of mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts, YXE Limo may substitute a comparable vehicle without liability.

  4. Prohibited Substances: The sale or consumption of alcohol not provided by YXE Limo, as well as the use of illegal drugs or tobacco products, is strictly prohibited within the vehicle.

  5. Behavior: Any disruptive or unsafe behavior, as determined by our driver, will not be tolerated. Passengers exhibiting such behavior may be removed from the vehicle without refund.

  6. Attachments: No items may be affixed to the interior or exterior of the vehicle without prior consent from YXE Limo.

  7. Delays: YXE Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or any events beyond our control.

  8. Damage & Cleaning: Passengers are liable for any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of their actions, including but not limited to smoking, vomiting, or causing stains or scratches. An additional cleaning fee of $250 may be applied for excessive cleaning due to glitter, mud, vomit, or spilled drinks. The cost of repairs or cleaning will be charged to the provided credit card or damage deposit. Failure to pay will result in legal action and collection fees.

  9. Service Termination: YXE Limo reserves the right to terminate services without refund if passengers violate any of the terms outlined here, particularly those related to behavior or safety.

  10. Alcohol Policy: Any alcohol consumed in the vehicle must be purchased through YXE Limo, and alcohol must be preordered and prepaid. No outside alcohol is permitted. If outside alcohol is found, it will be confiscated, and the booking may be terminated without refund.

VII. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

YXE LIMO guarantees to provide services with reasonable care and professionalism as per this Agreement. However, the following applies:

  1. Service Continuity: YXE Limo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or Services, and may suspend services or the website at any time without notice.

  2. Security Risks: YXE Limo makes no representations about the protection of your data from security risks like hacking, viruses, or breaches, and assumes no liability for such occurrences. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

  3. "As Is" Services: The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold YXE Limo harmless from any claims, demands, or damages resulting from your use of the Site or Services, or from any breach of this Agreement.

VIII. General Provisions

YXE Limo may, at its discretion, modify the Site or Services at any time without notice. We reserve the right to terminate any service for any reason, without liability.

Access and Interference
